Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to jobs in a timely manner. Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.

Dispatchers are responsible for:

  • Dispatching Water Damage Emergency crews to save the day when disasters hit
  • Customer service – general understanding of water emergencies/claims/schedules
  • Communicating with property owners/insureds, setting up schedules, dispatching technicians
  • Managing sub-trade schedules
  • Managing crew mix and on-call availability
