What you'll be doing
As part of the Chief Data Office (CDO) Transformation team, you'll help steer strategic initiatives that drive measurable value across training, people change management, and strategy & communications. As a Senior Consultant, Business Effectiveness, you'll collaborate with leadership and core stakeholders to support benefits realization, business reporting, and advanced data analytics. You are accountable for managing the complete benefits realization lifecycle, ensuring that targeted business outcomes are clearly defined, monitored, and achieved throughout each project or strategic initiative. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain data-driven reports for training programs, supporting organizational data fluency by empowering stakeholders to interpret and utilize training metrics for ongoing improvement. Your work will enhance CIBC's data strategy, advancing data fluency and maturity across the enterprise.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote
How you'll succeed
- Lead strategic planning and execution: Direct multiple complex activities, manage deadlines, and navigate ambiguity to deliver transformation initiatives.
- Training Reporting: Develop and automate reports and dashboards to track training participation, completion rates, effectiveness, and impact.
- Data Analysis: Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Benefits Realization: Validate and confirm the actual realization of benefits post-implementation, ensuring sustainable value. Develop frameworks to track, measure, and report on transformation outcomes, guiding your team on best practices.
- Metrics Development: Define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Deliver effective communications: Develop and execute communication strategies, crafting clear, enterprise-wide messaging aligned with CIBC's brand.
- Data Fluency Enablement: Support stakeholders in understanding and utilizing training data through workshops, documentation, and hands-on guidance.
- Advance data analytics: Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources using tools such as Excel and Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to services, processes, and procedures. Provide actionable insights to optimize training content, delivery, and learner outcomes.
