As a Multi-Skilled Operator at our Kearl site, you'll put your expertise to work on various heavy machinery while building your career alongside professionals who value safety, quality, and supporting each other every shift. With a century of construction experience behind us, we're looking for operators who want to be part of what comes next.
FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting November/December 2025. Enjoy a 14/14 schedule, camp accommodations, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications- Minimum of 6000 hours of experience operating a Hitachi 1200 Excavator or equivalent, coupled with at least 2000 hours on either a 785+ haul truck or D10+ dozer.
- Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours is required.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Able to train on new equipment when requested.
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
