Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen services, focusing on high-quality preparation and exceptional food service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Restaurant industry, particularly in Line Cooking and will be committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes.
  • Work as a Team player to provide exceptionally high quality and fast service
  • Provide elevated dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving with professionalism.
  • Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to menu design and execution.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, adhering to health regulations.
  • Prevent wastage and support by assisting with inventory management and supply ordering.

Experience

  • Previous experience working restaurant kitchens
  • Background in fine dining environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service roles within the culinary industry.
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, catering services, and food handling protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
