En tant que technicien en machines à café dans le département de service chez L'Heureux, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans notre équipe dynamique. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de vous déplacer sur le terrain pour effectuer des installations et des maintenances de cafetières commerciales.

Responsabilités
  • Réparation et entretien de machines à café commerciales sur la route principalement.
  • Installation et maintenance sur site chez nos clients commerciaux.
  • Fournir des explications claires et détaillées aux clients sur le travail effectué et à effectuer.
  • Assurer un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux besoins et aux questions des clients.
  • Utilisation compétente d'un nouveau système informatique performant pour la gestion des dossiers et des commandes.


Exigences
  • Compétences intermédiaires en informatique.
  • Capacité à effectuer des travaux manuels précis pour la réparation d'électroménagers.
  • Sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre actif de l'équipe.
  • Être curieux et démontrer une volonté d'apprendre continuellement dans le domaine des machines à café et de la technologie associée.
