We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Account Coordinator) to join our team.

Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and managing the entire order-to-delivery process. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure customer needs are met and all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationship with customers, carriers, and the internal team.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Receive and process customer orders into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactively contact customers to review inventory and forecast requirements.
  • Send and track product samples for customers.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet manufacturing activity and customer timelines.
  • Support inventory reports and ensure supply needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Strong administrative or customer service background
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Bilingual proficiency is English and French is required
