Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of property management experience, with a working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act. Home maintenance/trouble shooting skills are required.

Duties

Based in Red Deer County, this role will work closely with our accounting and support staff. You are required to travel throughout Central Alberta as we have properties in Penhold, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake and Lacombe. This Property Management Role controls all aspects related to rental management, including but not limited to the following duties; general maintenance and repairs, showing rental units, qualifying tenants, signing documents, data entry, detailed walk throughs, posting notices, regular inspections, dealing with tenant conflicts, arbitrations when required, collections, eviction services, arranging for cleaning and repairs where required, addressing emergency issues and mitigating damages, and at times, communicating with the ownership team.

You are a confident, well-spoken individual with great negotiation skills and the ability to mediate conflicts whilst setting paths to solutions. You are respectful and have outstanding customer service skills. You have a high attention to detail and can manage priorities and deadlines. You are friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills. You are mechanically savy with a clean driving record.

Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed – After hours on call
