Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Admin/ Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle patient intake, including forms and insurance information.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using JaneApp Software.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate billing record and manage direct billing.
  • Direct Billing Extended Health Benefits, WorksafeBC and ICBC.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency with JaneApp or similar practice management software is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous office experience with a focus on customer service is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Typing proficiency with strong proofreading capabilities.
  • **EXPERIENCE IN USING JANE APP AND BILLING ICBC/WSBC AND EXTENDED HEALTH IS MUST **
  • **Study in Physiotherapy will be preferred**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
