Parameters & Perks

  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time hours per week)
  • Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program
  • Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs

The Opportunity

This is an exciting one. This internship is a distinctive blend of social media and consultancy, offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of Dulcedo Talents, from influencers to athletes, gamers, and models. As an intern, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating and strategizing their social media presence. We're seeking a creative individual who lives and breathes social media, with a deep understanding of its dynamics. This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include:

  • Participate in talent calls alongside our Talent Services team and contribute to debriefing sessions
  • Collaborate in the development of workshops for talents and agents
  • Contribute to the creation of templates and resources for our talent roster and talent Agents
  • Conduct research on talent content strategies, staying current with social media trends
  • Monitor and report on social media trends and competitor activities to refine talent strategies
  • Assist in analyzing the engagement and performance metrics of talent's social media content to provide actionable insights
  • Provide input on the optimization of talent profiles across various social media platforms for maximum visibility

Our ideal candidate would:

  • Have a real love for the creator space - you follow influencers, understand platform culture, and geek out over how content trends shape the online world
  • Interested in learning about and using AI tools to enhance creativity, improve workflows, and streamline day-to-day processes
  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing benchmarks and terminology, including KPIs and SEO.Proficiency in Google Suite applications
