We are a local electrical installation company and we are hiring for an inventory coordinator to oversee inventory and related activities in our warehouse.

The position of the inventory coordinator reports to the project managers and bridges the communication between the project managers, installers and delivery driver. The day-to-day tasks consists of the following:

- Receiving deliveries
- Checking accuracy of items from deliveries
- Unloading and loading material
- Managing and controlling inventory
- Data entry of inventory
- Warehouse organization
- Prepare materials for jobs
- Communicate with staff to coordinate deliveries
- Other inventory and warehouse related tasks

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Inventory experience is an asset but not required
- Strong proficiency with typical computer desktop software (Word processing, spreadsheets, web browsing, PDF viewing)
- Attention to detail, analytical and organized
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to take initiative
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
