Maintain an accurate and optimum level of inventory/ assets on hand to support the day-to-day operations of the Glen Traffic in the most economic, efficient, and effective way possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the Asset management software/ software’s of the company independently
- Set and maintain the optimum stocking levels, re-order quantities for all inventory items taking into consideration cost, usage and lead time.
- Identify and investigate inventory reduction opportunities including obsolescence.
- Liaise with and maintain effective relationships with operational departments.
- Assist with writing and revising inventory policies and procedures.
- Ensure awareness and be compliant.
- Develop and prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations Inventory reports for Glen Traffic
- Maintain the confidentiality of all corporate information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Handling the fleet management and insurances
- Assisting the Operations department with Inventory management and control
- Any other additional tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline (Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting).
- Planning, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to actively share knowledge, respect differences of opinion and receive feedback openly.
- Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.
- Easily adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and timelines and achieve results.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office with high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of data processing software
