Join our well-established, family-oriented dental practice in Ancaster as our Dental Practice Manager — the heart of our team and the driving force behind our success.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead a passionate, close-knit team that truly cares about patient experience
- Shape the vision, culture, and operational excellence of our practice
- Balance compassionate leadership with sound business strategy
- Build upon the strong foundation established by our outgoing manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment
- Manage practice budgets, track KPIs, and implement strategies to meet financial goals
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, recognition, and accountability
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance
- Coordinate scheduling to optimize productivity and work-life balance for the team
- Manage administrative systems, including Dentrix software and office documentation
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of management experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- ABELDent or Dental software experience
- Proven ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
- Strong financial management and business acumen
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive, team-first attitude that fosters collaboration and trust
