Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, demand planning, and logistics to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products across manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, process improvement methodologies, and data analysis tools to drive efficiency and continuous improvement within our supply chain functions. The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing excellence and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on process improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manage procurement activities including purchasing, supplier negotiations, and vendor relationships utilizing SAP ERP and other ERP systems.
  • Oversee demand planning and inventory management using MRP systems to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAP to monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, supporting production schedules through effective demand planning.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in procurement, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards related to supply chain management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems; experience with SAP Purchasing modules is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and MRP systems for reporting and decision-making support.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, demand planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with demand forecasting techniques and implementing supply chain strategies that support operational excellence.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to lead innovative supply chain initiatives that directly impact manufacturing efficiency and organizational success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,121.66-$115,352.99 per year
