Supply Chain Specialist

**Overview**
You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the relationships between Proactive and our valued clients. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you will ensure that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Your strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the overall success of our operations and help maintain our position as a trusted partner in the supply chain. Duties include but not limited to:
**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and a deep understanding of their business.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of customer happiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions with existing clients, contributing to account growth and revenue generation.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement or innovation.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain client confidence and trust.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints or inquiries.
- Keep clients informed about relevant industry developments, service enhancements, and changes in logistics operations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to align customer strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve overall customer relations processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in customer relations, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
