Job Description:

Our client's ideal candidate is a hardworking, organized, and responsible problem solver, who is willing to learn, able to multi-task and is comfortable communicating with clients.As a small company, a good attitude and work ethic, and easy-going personality are also important qualities for our ideal candidate to fit in with our client's company culture.

Their tasks would include, but not be limited to:

  • Attending at sites to carry out inspections of buildings damaged by fire, wind, vehicle impact, etc.,
  • Preparation of causation and damage assessment reports,
  • Engineering design of small structural repairs/renovations,
  • Preparation of scopes of repairs and design drawings, and
  • Construction review and preparation of construction administration documents.

This is not a remote position and requires the successful candidate to be in the office or on site full-time (40 hours/week).

All applicants are required to be proficient with AutoCad, Microsoft Excel and Word, and have a valid G license and a vehicle.
