Role Summary
The
Head of Partnerships — AEC & Spatial Vision Intelligence
is a senior, founder-level strategic leader responsible for shaping and scaling O-HIVE's ecosystem alliances, partnership strategy, and external narrative. This role goes beyond traditional business development — you will define and lead how O-HIVE aligns with platforms, industry leaders, investors, and enterprise customers across AEC and spatial computing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ecosystem Development
- Lead partnership strategy across key ecosystem players including AR/VR platforms, spatial OS providers, robotics manufacturers, and AEC technology vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize integrations, co-developments, and alliance opportunities that accelerate adoption and competitive advantage.
- Establish deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at strategic partner organizations (technology, industry, enterprise).
Category & Narrative Leadership
- Co-own the company's foundational narrative — what O-HIVE stands for and why it matters — especially within AEC, construction technology and spatial vision intelligence.
- Amplify O-HIVE's position in the market through speaking engagements, industry events, and high-impact demonstrations.
Partnership Execution & Deal Leadership
- Lead partnership deals from initial outreach through negotiation, agreement, and launch.
- Define commercial models, incentives, revenue-share structures and joint roadmaps for co-innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales) to operationalize partnerships.
Fundraising & Strategic Capital
- Partner with the CEO on fundraising strategy and execution with VC, corporate innovation funds, and ecosystem investors.
- Identify capital opportunities driven by partnerships (strategic checks, pilots, ecosystem funds).
- Shape pitch decks and narrative elements tailored to investment audiences.
Internal Insight & Strategic Input
- Translate external ecosystem insights into product strategy, prioritization, and market timing decisions.
- Influence long-term corporate priorities through market trend analysis and partner learning.
- Advise executive leadership on where to focus limited early-stage resources for greatest leverage.
Representation & Advocacy
- Represent O-HIVE in industry forums, partner events, and customer briefings.
- Build credibility and visibility for O-HIVE through thought leadership content, case studies, and executive networking.
What You Bring
- Proven ecosystem leadership
— experience building strategic partnerships in AR/VR, spatial computing, AEC technology, robotics, or adjacent deep tech sectors. - Executive presence
— comfortable interfacing with C-level leaders, platform owners, and strategic investors. - Strategic, not transactional
— ability to think category-level, not just closed deals. - Storyteller & communicator
— clear, compelling, credible in narrative and pitch contexts. - Experience in early-stage environments, zero-to-one product/market journeys, and ambiguous scenarios.
- Comfortable with complexity, long partnership cycles, and shaping long-term competitive positioning.
Measures of Success
- Signed and operationalized strategic partnerships with platform, industry and enterprise partners.
- Influence on product direction and roadmap informed by partner insights.
- Fundraising success supported by partnership-driven capital channels.
- Strong external narrative and O-HIVE visibility in target markets.
