You Will
- Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
- Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
- Coordinate work load and task distribution with the other lifeguards
- Update posting and signage information when needed
- Respect the standards of the resort in particular those on pool safety and hygiene
- Implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage all materials and maintain in good condition
- Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager of any possible issues
In becoming a G.O Lifeguard, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med. And if you get the urge, you can even step on stage to show your talent
