At Tim Hortons, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional experiences to our guests. Our Supply Chain team plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of our products across our network of restaurants, and we are seeking a strategic, collaborative, hands-on, proactive and results-driven leader to join us as a Manager, Supply Planning – Replenishment. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with proven experience in replenishment planning, who is ready to lead a team, drive process improvements, and influence decisions across the broader organization. The role will ensure Tim Hortons restaurants have products to offer to millions of Canadians every day. Key Responsibilities
Own Category Replenishment Strategy
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional case and order fill rate levels across distribution centers for coffee, packaging categories and longer-lead time items
- Manage inventory levels across multiple beverages and packaging categories to ensure product availability (always in stock) and minimize obsolete write-offs.
- Anticipate supply delays, logistics bottlenecks, demand surges and lead mitigation and contingency strategies to protect restaurant service levels.
Supplier & Partner Collaboration
- Act as the primary escalation point for suppliers and 3PL distribution partners, resolving systemic supply or delivery challenges.
- Strengthen supplier relationships through proactive engagement, performance reviews, and alignment on service expectations.
- Manage and execute with suppliers multiple packaging transitions per quarter.
Lead and Develop the Team
- Manage and coach a team of Supply Planning Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
- Set priorities, provide guidance, and build capability in inventory management, replenishment best practices, and advanced planning tools.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues (stock-outs, excess inventory, vendor discrepancies) and implement structural solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, policy optimization, and system enhancements in Kinaxis Maestro.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Procurement, QA and Operations teams to ensure replenishment goals are being met while meeting quality and operational standards.
- Actively communicate and work closely with supply chain teams (logistics, distribution and manufacturing) to ensure supply plans are delivered on time in full.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within replenishment or inventory planning.
- Bachelor's in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or related field; MBA and/or professional certification (APICS CSCP/CPIM) is an asset.
- Proficiency with SAP. Experience with Kinaxis Maestro is an asset.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the food service, quick service restaurants or consumer package goods industry is preferred.
