As a Supply Chain Project Manager in our organization, the candidate will be responsible for the management of key, long term customer business relationships while successfully delivering HAVI services according to customer needs/agreements. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships with key leadership and stakeholders, leadership and management of the supply chain management services and the evolution of integrated planning processes that drive growth opportunities. The scope of this role includes collaborating with multiple external customer groups, cross functional external supply chain partners and internal teams, facilitating relationship development, ensuring required business processes are in place, and responsible for the achievement of defined financial and KPIs.

This is a hybrid role based at 303-1 Concorde Gate North York, ON, M3C 3N6, Canada. Candidates must reside in the Toronto metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
Responsibilities

  • 5 years relevant experience and a university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Builds and maintains strong and long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and other cross functional teams
  • Leads prioritization of customer deliverables in collaboration with customer and internal teams.
  • Leads internal and external cross-functional collaboration working closely with subject matter experts to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Leads customer status meeting and responsible for follow ups and requests.
  • Leads external collaboration meetings processes and meetings (CPFR, or Forecasting Alignment) including driving cross functional root cause analysis, developing key learnings and ensuring the application of learnings.
  • Develops, advises and executes communication plans and tools to senior levels of business both internally and externally
  • Monitors and tracks business performance and communicates progress of initiatives against targeted performance through consistent reporting.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of through end-to-end project management.
  • Facilitates management of high priority requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Identifies, designs and implements process improvements with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across the system
  • Lead or identify opportunities for additional value-added services
  • Identify, create and execute training for cross functional teams

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong project management, business, and financial acumen ideally in supply chain indutry or relevant industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and customer.
  • Self-motivated, self-driven
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading in a team-oriented, collaborative environment (incl. cross functional teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Account or client management experience preferred
