We are currently seeking
CNC Operators
(incl Day; Afternoon and Weekend shifts)
to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Perform cutting operations according to CNC programs and customer specifications
  • Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop floor
  • Operate CNC machines and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to all company policies and participate in health & safety initiatives
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the aluminum industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Solid working knowledge of mathematical functions
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
