Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our dynamic organization. This role requires a professional with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner in facilitating executive operations, enabling strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning at the highest level of leadership.
Duties
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Assist with business development activities by conducting research, preparing proposals, and coordinating outreach efforts.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices within administrative workflows.
- Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Negotiate contracts or agreements as needed in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to foster effective communication.
- Lead special projects or initiatives that align with organizational goals, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven ability in process improvement to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to influence teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience in business development to support growth strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Pay: $42,244.99-$185,681.89 per year
