Summary

Reporting to the Application Maintenance Services (AMS) Director, the Delivery Manager contributes to the overall success of IN-RGY by providing leadership on client support activities and team member management. The Delivery Manager includes delivery of functional and technical services for the SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce and UKG HRIS solutions.

Responsibilities: 

Practice consulting responsibilities:

• Focus on AMS operational delivery and overall contract governance
• Centralisation of request and ticketing system management
•  Follow up on bank of hours, support activities and status
• Software periodic releases management follow up and review with client
•  Manage the Project to Application Maintenance services transition
• Estimation, Statement of Work definition, Support budget and Scope Management, Schedule, Account Time and Expense Management, Invoicing, etc.
• Insure overall AMS services and documentation quality
•  Manage AMS dedicated employees
• Provide billable functional and/or technical services
• Contribute to the team as a senior resource

Human resources responsibilities for junior practice team members:

• Onboard new team members
• Create and maintain a training & certification plan for each team members
• Perform annual review

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Experience in integration and technical software implementation services;
• Experience in team leadership;
• Bilingual (English and French);
• University degree in Computer Science, Management or related field;
• Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work on simultaneous assignments and prioritize.
