Clickstream Consulting Inc. is currently onboarding both new and previous applicants for our Owner-Operator Program, offering flexible part-time and full-time opportunities. If selected, you will operate your own store(s) while we supply inventory and handle operations until you are trained to run the business independently.

Ideal Candidates

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Work closely with our team to strategize and grow your business—whether online, on-site, or both.
• Promote your brand and business through marketing and engagement.
• Manage your store's product offerings and occasional customer inquiries.
• Actively collaborate with our team to expand product channels and optimize operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience.

Experience & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for branding, marketing, and building customer relationships.
• Sales experience or retail knowledge (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and/or retail operations is a plus.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Information: Bonus pay, Commission pay or Profit Sharing (like an entrepreneur)

• As you grow and make more money, you can take on more responsibilities which you would then be managing to increase your profit sharing, we will then provide you with the options to carry overhead which we would manage in the supply chain
• This a real life B2B profit sharing
• You are not required to purchase inventory so don't
• You can sell products from our supplier agreements we have OR build your own
• Of the products you supply yourself, we don't require you to share the profit on those so just the ones we offer to you to sell if you choose
• If you choose to have this as a side hustle or something we manage, you can use as passive income to work or not
• We grow with you

Pay: Up to $7,460.00 per month, Guarantee starting at 10% net profit from each sale made: Profit Share.
