We're looking for a
Creative Strategist who is a very strong copywriter
, especially for
video
. This is a performance marketing role. Your work will show up in paid social ads and will be measured by its results.
How we think about this role
This is a video-heavy focused on creating
paid social ads
that sell our products through educational marketing. As an injury recovery brand, our content needs to explain injuries, rehab concepts, and how our products work.
You don't need a physiotherapy background for this role.
What matters is your ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and turn technical or clinical ideas into messaging that everyday people can understand and trust.
You'll be responsible for:
- Using education + entertainment to sell our products
- Writing video hooks and scripts that sound natural on camera
- Turning rehab, physiotherapy, and product concepts into simple, digestible ideas
- Helping people understand
why
a product works, not just
that
it works
Over time, you'll also write email and website copy, using what's already proven to convert in video.
What you'll actually do
- Write short-form and long-form video ad scripts
- Create hook variations, talking points, and content frameworks
- Break down customer pain, objections, and skepticism into persuasive messaging
- Direct shoots
- Work with creators and editors to make sure the idea is executed properly
- Review performance and iterate until it's better

Skills we expect
- Excellent copywriting
- Very strong writing for spoken word / video
- Solid understanding of direct-response marketing
- Good understanding of e-commerce and conversion
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics
- Creative thinking and angle development
- Comfortable writing for video, email, and landing pages
Experience
- 5+ years in copywriting, creative strategy, or direct-response roles
- Experience in DTC, health, fitness, or rehab is a plus
