Exciting and unique opportunity Looking to take your skill-set to the next level in pharmacy?

We are looking to add the right person to our team at Robinson's Pharmasave. Ideally, we are looking for an RPhT with some sterile preparation experience, but we are will to train.

Our RPhT's practice to their full scope (dispensing, immunizations, medical device training, etc.). This Registered Technician role is to join our specialty team in the sterile and non sterile compounding departments. Working under NAPRA guidelines to prepare medication, compounding, assist with patient scheduling, program infusion pumps, and assist with infusion supplies requirements, etc. Previous sterile or non sterile compounding experience considered an asset, but on the job training will be provided. You will be one of two technicians on staff, so workload is shared in a team setting.

Our store hours are: Mon-Fri: 9-5pm, Sat: 9-5pm, Sun: 10-2pm.

Our team of specialists are second to none We are the only pharmacy within a 100 km radius to serve the North East Home and Community Care (LHIN) IV medication and medical supplies requirements, facilitating daily critical hospital discharges in Kirkland Lake, New Liskeard, Sturgeon Falls, City of North Bay, Mattawa, Burk's Falls. Our team is focused on working to their full scope and we offer opportunities other pharmacies simply do not have

You would fit well with us if you:

· are licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the Province of Ontario or are in a Registered Pharmacy Technician program (require completion of SPT's)

· have Kroll software experience & retail pharmacy billing experience

· have blister packaging and batch billing experience

· have compounding experience (non-hazardous sterile & non-hazardous non-sterile)

· understand the unique nature of an independent Pharmacy, including speed & accuracy of service, personalized service, comprehensive care

· are local to North Bay and surrounding communities

· have proficiency with billing, data entry, customer and patient care, logistics and workflow are essential

· Use paperless workflow system with technology integration

You will be a first point of contact for our patients and we are looking for the right person to fill this role
