CES is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of
Accounts Payable – Concur Administrator
. The role reports to the Manager, Accounts Payable and is based in Calgary, Alberta. The Accounts Payable – Concur Administrator will be responsible to efficiently and effectively record and process accounts payable and employee expense transactions as well as execute weekly payment runs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviewing and processing SAP Concur submissions.
  • Assisting employees with expense requests, set ups and system maintenance.
  • Processing a high volume of expenses for operating divisions of the Company.
  • Full-cycle invoice processing using Microsoft AX Dynamics.
  • Process weekly payments of expenses.
  • Performing month end duties.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and accounting policies.
  • Reconciling vendor statements.
  • Assists with various miscellaneous projects and duties, as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years relevant accounts payable-related work experience.
  • ERP experience with SAP Concur.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter, with the ability to establish priorities and organize daily workload with minimal direction.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to work quickly within tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be willing and able to handle routine tasks.
  • ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics & D365) is an asset.
