Yardi Voyager System Administrator & Report Analyst
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the Yardi Voyager platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, supports our business goals, and provides valuable insights across departments like accounting, property management, and asset management.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Yardi Voyager Platform:
    Oversee system setup, configuration, user permissions, and security while managing upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights:
    Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that empower business leaders with actionable analytics.
  • Support & Collaborate:
    Provide user support and training while working with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting tools and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain Data Integrity:
    Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance, keeping the system reliable and aligned with business needs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a
    Yardi Voyager System Administrator
    or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Yardi setup, roles, permissions, and updates.
  • Skilled in report building and customization using Yardi Voyager tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Bonus Points:
Experience with Yardi Voyager 7S, YardiOne, Procure to Pay, or Construction Manager; knowledge of property management and accounting principles.
