As an In-Store Sales Representative, your role will be to:
Expected Hours:
25 to 40 per week
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service—from the moment customers walk in, through the sale, and into post-sales support.
- Identify customer needs and offer the full range of Bell products and services, including mobile, residential, small business solutions, and more.
- Use various sales techniques and initiatives to promote and sell Bell/Virgin products and services.
- Seize every business opportunity and aim to meet and exceed your sales targets
- Keep your product and service knowledge up-to-date by actively participating in training sessions.
Your profile:
You have at least one year of experience in sales and/or telecommunications.
- You are competitive and resourceful.
- You have strong leadership qualities.
- You are driven by success and meeting targets.
- You quickly build trust-based, long-term relationships with customers.
- You are eager to learn and committed to self-improvement.
- You are tenacious and persistent—nothing beats the feeling of achievement
- You maintain a positive attitude, strong professionalism, and excellent work ethic.
- You are passionate about working with technology.
- Experience or training relevant to this role is an asset
- You are available between 25 and 40 hours/week with a flexible schedule (weekdays and weekends).
