What You'll Do

As an HR Generalist, you'll be a key partner in:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring efforts across all levels, including leadership roles. Create onboarding plans and employment agreements.
  • Performance & Development: Drive performance reviews, training programs, and development plans using tools like GAP analysis.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate issues, conduct investigations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Benefits & Compliance: Support benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Strategic HR: Collaborate on workforce planning, policy development, and data-driven HR strategies.
  • Culture Champion: Promote employee engagement through wellness programs, events, and morale-building initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Manufacturing recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment law, disability management, and HR compliance
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Payworks (assets)
  • CPHR designation or in progress (asset)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
