We're looking for an organized and proactive
Administrative Coordinator
to join an incredible Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll support a variety of internal learning programs and initiatives that help our professionals grow and succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and online learning sessions.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of internal training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
  • Track attendance, manage program materials, and maintain accurate learning records.
  • Liaise with presenters and participants to ensure smooth communication and program execution.
  • Assist with preparing reports, learning content, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain learning databases and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support special projects and assist with department communications and budget tracking.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or learning support role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort working with databases or learning management systems.

Compensation:
$60,000 – 65, 000 + Benefits and Vacation
