About the job

We are looking for great people to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Agents. You will proactively identify and offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service with regard to the installation, operation and maintenance of products and applications as well as answer other types of inbound customer queries. With an emphasis on Customer Care.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized solutions and ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various functions within the company.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and procedures. Escalates customer issues as required.

  • Responsible for accurate data input using prescribed applications.

  • Work collaboratively as a team with a goal to achieve a high-quality standard.
  • Work in a high-volume call contact center answering an average of 100 calls or more.
  • Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Proactively offer appropriate solutions that create high customer satisfaction.
  • Exercise patience and empathy that resolves customer concerns.
  • Identify and maximize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff
  • Adhere to our client's policies, procedures, and industry compliances.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Full time availability

  • Excellent home internet hardwired - Wifi is not permitted

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French

  • Excellent computer skills

Schedule

  • We are looking for candidates with open availability.

  • Program hours of operation - Monday to Saturday (8AM - 9PM). You will be provided with 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week.
