The Orb Factory is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full time position. Responsibilities are:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the office by greeting, welcoming, directing and/or announcing any visitors as appropriate
  • Answer customer phone calls and emails
  • Update and maintain the consumer care database
  • Analyze consumer care data monthly
  • Be knowledgeable on all Orb products
  • Prepare and ship customer care parcels
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and parcels
  • Order office supplies as required (Stationary, shipping materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate product donation requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Soft Skills needed

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized

Education & Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in a fast-paced customer service or sales organization
  • Experience with Mac OS

Be advised that we are only considering candidates currently residing in the Halifax Regional Municipality for this role. Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in Canada at time of applying.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
