**Position Summary**:
The Project Coordinator works in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) department supporting client order requests, order tracking, monthly & daily reporting of product inventory, client receiving, order input & delivery status.
What is CPG? Our Consumer Packed Goods department specializes in marketing sample fulfillment projects, including secondary packaging, kitting, and labeling for a variety of brands and companies. This department is highly detailed and requires a nimble staff who can plan and react to changes as requested by the client.

**Key Duties**:

- Review and take action on daily system generated reports for inventory status changes and back-orders not shipped
- Input web orders
- Accurately set up new product codes in the system, edit existing product information as needed
- Run and prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly), distributing and following-up with relevant teammates for action
- Write clear and specific work instructions (Internal Warehouse Requests) for the warehouse team to read and execute
- Track and trace customer shipments on internal systems or carrier web sites and report (Rush, Event, Launches, Special Requests, on request)
- Compile product information and provide to teammates (e.g. format and distribute inventory reports, retrieve and attach photos of items, print and attach report to Quality Assurances files/records)
- Manipulate distributions lists in excel and prepare for order upload or auto-ship file templates
- Assist with admin work on literature projects (folding, stuffing, kitting) as required
- Frequent trips out to the warehouse required in this position to check on products
- All other duties as assigned

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Bilingual in French is an asset
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Comfortable navigating multiple warehouse software platforms and soft files
- Ability to work in fast pace with strong attention to detail
- Time management and prioritization skills, able to work under client deadline pressure
- Team player & able to coordinate with others
- Post-Secondary education is an asset
