Buon Gusto is Currently hiring for all kitchen positions, Garde manger, sauté, pizza and prep.

We are looking for people who have a strong desire to consistently go above and beyond for our guests and continually grow within the field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively set up production line for the Restaurant ensuring that all menu items are adequately stocked
  • Ensure everything on the line is ready for every service period
  • Prepare all menu items in accordance with Buon Gusto recipes and specifications in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high degree of cleanliness & sanitation, both personally and in the work area
  • Properly handle and store food to prevent spoilage and waste
  • Break down prep line after each meal period
  • Perform any other tasks as directed
  • Recommend ideas, problems, and solutions to improve the productivity of the Kitchen
