Position Overview

L'associé(e) des ventes régionales est chargé(e) d'offrir un soutien régional au directeur responsable du pays. Ce soutien consiste à aider les responsables territoriaux à créer des opportunités et à conclure des ententes, à s'assurer que les expéditions sont complètes et à répondre aux demandes des clients. Sa mission principale sera de soutenir le marché du Québec en collaboration avec le spécialiste clinique local afin d'assurer la réussite auprès des clients. Le(a) candidat(e) doit être très motivé(e), faire preuve d'initiative, s'aligner sur les besoins de l'équipe nationale et favoriser la croissance de notre entreprise dans le pays. Il(elle) pourrait également devoir fournir un soutien en matière de formation et de transfert des connaissances, ainsi que fournir sa participation lorsque de nouveaux territoires sont établis et(ou) que des responsables territoriaux sont en vacances. 

The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for providing regional support to the assigned Country Manager. This support includes assisting Territory Managers in creating and closing opportunities, ensuring shipment is complete and addressing customer inquiries. Their focus will be supporting the Quebec market, working with the Clinical Specialist there to ensure customer success. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter.  Understands the needs of the National team and becomes an advocate for growth in the Country. They may provide training and knowledge transfer support, as well as coverage when Territories are open and/or Territory Managers are on vacation.
