This company’s Toronto-based Canadian territory is technically the largest by geography, but currently the smallest by revenue. And that’s where you come in: There’s about $60 million on the books right now and a clear runway to hit $100 million and beyond. This is a chance to build, lead, and grow a high-performing team of four while shaping strategy and execution across a large region. Note: Only Toronto-based talent should apply. Requirements 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership (bonus if you’ve managed sales managers) Proven success in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships Experience leading regional teams in a complex B2B or B2B2C environment Strategic mindset + roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style Comfort collaborating across marketing, product, and operations You must be Toronto, Ontario-based Why Join?
