Job Summary

Heritage Ford is looking for a motivated Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your automotive career with a dealership that takes pride in excellence and employee development.

What You'll Do:

  • Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and ensure a professional appearance.
  • Move, park, and handle vehicles safely in the lot, service areas, and during dealer trades.
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness; report any damage or issues promptly.
  • Wash and fuel vehicles in preparation for delivery.
  • Assist with customer deliveries and provide support for vehicle transfers.
  • Maintain lot and dealership grounds, including sweeping, trash removal, and snow removal when needed.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly labeled and ready for customers.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Ontario Driver's License (G or G2) with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous detailing or lot attendant experience is an asset but not required.
