We're excited to announce the opening of Dock and Vine, a new restaurant focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and a strong team culture. We're currently building our opening team and are looking for motivated, reliable, and passionate individuals to grow with us.

As a Server, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming dining experience
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS
• Delivering food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Knowledgeably describing menu items, specials, allergens, and beverage options
• Upselling food, drinks, and features when appropriate
• Checking in with guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction
• Handling payments accurately (cash, debit, credit)
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables, dining room, and service stations
• Completing opening, side work, and closing duties
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff
• Following all Smart Serve, health & safety, and restaurant policies

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Valid Smart Serve Certification (required in Ontario)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong guest-service mindset

Pay: $17.60 per hour
