Job description:

You will answer incoming emails and phone calls from freight forwarding companies who want to book shipments, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails

* Process reservations by entering shipment details in Airline's booking system

* Document all booking information using applicable software

* Complete call logs and reports

* Complete tasks accurately and timely

* Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

* Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software

* Provide product and service rate and other information

* Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer enquires

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Minimum High school diploma or equivalent

* Proficient in relevant computer applications, outlook, etc

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Air freight/Air Cargo

* Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

* Excellent data entry and typing skills

* Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills

* Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

* Ability to consistently enhance your knowledge through regular online and face-to-face training

* Ability to work on weekends, holidays and overtime

* Turkish language knowledge is an asset
