Internship Overview As a Finance Intern, you'll learn about budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. You'll work
with our finance team and help with important projects, gaining skills to support business
decisions.
Location: Hanover, ON
Term: January April 2026
Compensation: This internship is a paid position. Your Day to Day
- Conducting monthly general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Preparing journal entries and maintaining precise financial records.
- Balancing trucking destination spreadsheets and reconciling trucking allocations
- Supporting our accounts receivable and accounts payable teams with essential financial processes.
- Organizing and filing important paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as they arise, giving you a well-rounded experience.
- Gain practical experience in financial reporting by working on real-world financial data.
- Learn about the latest trends and technologies in financial management and accounting.
- Develop skills in data analysis and financial modeling to enhance your finance expertise.
- Receive mentorship from seasoned finance professionals and industry experts, guiding you through your learning journey.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office programs and be comfortable using virtual
meeting platforms. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
meet deadlines, while ensuring attention to detail. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Full-time availability for a 4-month term, January - April 2026
