Jama HR Express is proud to support this client in hiring a Customer Account Manager for their Engines Division in Delta, BC.

We are hiring a Customer Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring contract compliance, supporting operational execution, and delivering clear communication throughout the engine maintenance and repair process.

This role is a blend of commercial and technical responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate with engineering and operations teams, monitor financial performance, and guide customers through complex decisions with clarity and professionalism. This position is fully on-site in Delta, BC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with customer contract requirements, including warranty-related obligations.
  • Oversee the accuracy of invoices and ensure costs align with customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze costs throughout the engine repair and shop visit process to support financial performance and profitability.
  • Communicate customer requirements and expectations clearly to internal teams.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on engine status, cost impacts, and turnaround forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and professional communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support communication of customer removal forecasts and contribute to departmental reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment between customer needs and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, or an MRO environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, evaluate cost impacts, and support pricing decisions.
  • Experience working with customer contracts or supporting contract compliance is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in aviation and willingness to learn engine platforms such as CF6-80 or V2500.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers.
