Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products Status, Update and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport and confidence with customers through knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service.
  • Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of phone and email etiquette to ensure effective communication and a positive customer experience.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Assist customers with order tracking, and returns.
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipping with customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Imagic Glass products, including benefits and comparisons, to effectively support sales efforts.
  • Participate in customer account visits, discuss ongoing projects, and align order expectations with scheduling and production capacity.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Production Scheduling and Shipping, to ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
  • Analyze customer feedback and report trends to management for process and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in high-volume Inside Sales or Customer Service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage in serving a diverse customer base.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service,& Glazing industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of glass products or the architectural industry is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
