The Opportunity:
As an Artificial Lift Systems Technician at Lifting Solutions, you will serve as a technical expert supporting the selection, application, and optimization of artificial lift solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and field operations teams to provide tailored product recommendations and technical support. This role combines client interaction, technical problem-solving, and product knowledge to deliver superior service and performance outcomes. 

Responsibilities:
In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to: 

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations for artificial lift applications to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop customized artificial lift solutions based on client needs, site conditions, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure proper product selection and system design.
  • Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and product performance reports for internal and client use.
  • Deliver client training sessions, product demonstrations, and on-site technical support when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of artificial lift technologies, industry standards, and competitive products.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve product application processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Your Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in artificial lift applications, field operations, or technical sales support.
  • Strong understanding of artificial lift systems, preferably progressing cavity pumps and rod pumping systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; familiarity with design or modeling software is an asset.
  • Ability to travel as required to support field operations and client sites.
