Are you someone who takes pride in working hard, likes building things with your hands, and isn't afraid to sweat a little (or a lot)? Tired of dead-end jobs and ready to learn a trade that can take you places—financially and literally? This is your opportunity to join a skilled team and build a rock-solid career in PVC flat roofing.  We also install other roofing systems like shingles and metal roofing.  

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to work alongside an experienced flat roofer and learn the ropes of Duro-Last certified roofing systems. Whether it's residential homes or big commercial projects, you'll be getting hands-on experience while earning a paycheck and leveling up your skills.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you've got construction experience and the right attitude— we'll teach you the rest.


•       Learn to install high-performance PVC flat roofing systems (we'll train you)


•       Assist with shingle and metal roofing installations


•       Installing TufDek


•       Assist with setup: scaffolding, safety gear, equipment prep


•       Help remove debris and prep job sites


•       Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized


•       Support the team in delivering quality work, on time


•       A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction or related field


•       High school diploma or equivalent


•       Fall Protection certification (or willing to get it)


•       PPE Training certification (or willing to get it)


•       Physically fit – Able to lift 60+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions


•       A valid driver's license and clean driving record


•       Familiarity with basic construction tools


•       Team mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines


•       Monday to Friday day shifts, with occasional evening/weekend/on-call work


•       Local travel is required; some out-of-town or out-of-province jobs may come up


•       Flexibility is key—we go where the work is, and we get the job done


•       This is not just a job—it's a career path. You'll be mentored, trained, and potentially put in charge of projects as your skills grow.
