Title: Digital Operations Coordinator
The Context: YahOOOE Digital Services is a fast-paced agency managing a wide array of digital media and tech assets. We are looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to manage the logistical and technical backend of our campaign delivery. This role is the "glue" that holds our creative and technical teams together, ensuring that project workflows are followed, deadlines are met, and digital deliverables are deployed without error.
Core Responsibilities:
- Resource Coordination: Manage the allocation of technical and creative resources across multiple concurrent digital projects using centralized management tools.
- Campaign Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor the progress of digital deployments, ensuring that all quality assurance (QA) steps are completed before launch.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for third-party digital vendors, managing contracts, deliverables, and technical troubleshooting.
- Operational Reporting: Track and report on internal project efficiency metrics, such as time-to-delivery and resource utilization rates.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain the internal wiki and SOPs to ensure standardized digital operation procedures across the agency.
Qualifications:
- Background: 3-5 years in digital agency operations, project coordination, or marketing-tech management.
- Tool Mastery: Deep experience with project management software (Asana, , or Jira) and CMS platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
