We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator for our CASA Program (3–school age) classroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This is a full-time position.

Please note: We are seeking candidates with a valid B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate and previous Montessori classroom experience.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:

  • B.C. Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate (required)
  • Montessori classroom experience an asset
  • Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Leadership qualities to guide young learners and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to nurture independence, respect, and community in young children
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
  • Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education or childcare are desirable

Pay: $21.50-$24.00 per hour
