ry-a strategic leader who thrives on driving modernization, enabling agile practices, and inspiring high-performing teams.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Technology, this role is a cornerstone of our technology strategy and a key member of the Leadership Team. You'll lead strategic delivery initiatives, empower teams, and collaborate across the organization to create player-first solutions that fuel growth and reinforce brand trust. While guiding technology modernization and architecture, your focus will be on leadership, alignment, and driving results.

    ent: Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.
