What You'll Do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing and updating client records and documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and logistics processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (logistics industry experience is an asset but not required).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
  • A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
