About The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Coordinator to join our Electrical Technologies Department in Sydney. This integral role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of operational activities where you will oversee scheduled maintenance and service delivery in line with contractual requirements, budgets, and safety standards. You monitor and review contract performance and liaise with contractors and stakeholders ensuring expectations and standards are met through timely communication and issue resolution.
Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Artarmon
Key responsibilities
- Acting as support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projects
- Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements
- Monitor associated key performance indicators
- Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures
- Receive and respond to service/work requests from the client and coordinate appropriate actions in a timely manner
- Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in Project Coordination or similar
- First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- AV experience would be highly desirable
- Quoting experience would be highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competencies in the use of excel, word, project & outlook
- A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
