Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth through effective relationship building and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong business development acumen, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in account management practices to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with technology sales processes and products is highly desirable.
  • Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
